Terms of Engagement
Version 1.0 · May 2026 · For Self-Service and Consultation Tier Services
Please read this document carefully before making any payment or proceeding with any paid service through AudLex. By making a payment or confirming your instruction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Engagement in full.
1. Who We Are
AudLex is the trading name of Oscar Gregory Nyoni, operating as a sole practitioner from Manchester, United Kingdom. Oscar Gregory Nyoni is a solicitor-in-training completing the LLB (Hons) at Arden University on the SQE pathway. He is not yet admitted to the roll of solicitors by the SRA and is not currently registered with the OISC.
2. The Nature of This Service
AudLex provides educational guidance — not regulated legal advice and not formal legal representation.
Educational guidance means Oscar Gregory Nyoni will provide information about immigration law, relevant legal routes, the documents and evidence typically required, and a structured analysis of your situation. This helps you understand your situation, your options, and the steps involved in pursuing a particular route.
It is not a solicitor-client relationship. It does not constitute legal advice within the meaning of the Legal Services Act 2007. Oscar will not act as your legal representative, file applications, or communicate with the Home Office on your behalf unless and until he holds appropriate SRA or OISC authorisation.
3. Fees
Fees are as published on the Services page at audlex.co.uk. All fees are inclusive. Payment is required in full before any service begins. Payment is via Stripe. A payment confirmation will be sent by Stripe on successful payment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Full refund within 48 hours of payment if service has not yet commenced. Once document generation has commenced or a consultation session has taken place, the fee is non-refundable. If AudLex is unable to complete a service, a full refund will be issued. Concerns about service quality should be raised through the contact form — Oscar will respond within 5 working days.
5. Confidentiality and Data
Oscar treats all information you share as confidential. Your personal details, immigration history, and case content will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Full data handling details are set out in the Privacy Notice and the AI Use & Accountability Statement.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
